I knew I wasn’t going to get an A in my C++ class this summer semester, but I was hoping for a B. I couldn’t even accomplish that, I ended up with a high C. I probably deserved it though, didn’t study as much as I should have.

I really do feel like blaming this grade on a certain someone. But a friend told me it was my problem for being too trusting, and I agree. But that’s still not going to prevent me from hating the said person. :l

But anywho, I felt like I could have done A LOT better if I took this class a bit more seriously. I really feel disappointed in myself, more than ever. What’s done is done, I’ll always have my slacking periods which will make me more motivated later on.

For the rest of my summer I guess I’ll try to get some designs done, exercise, work on my personal statement and apply for TAG.

Now that I remember it, I ate at a Chinese restaurant that same night I finished my C++ final. I kept the fortune from my fortune cookie, because I thought it was funny.

Fucking cookie.

Finally done! Just two easy classes left on Wednesday.

I’ve always love/hate relationship with that Art-106A with Mr. Wu (more towards hate). But after today’s final class I think I’ll miss all my classmates. It went from a class of 30+ to around 18 by the end of the semester. Though I never really socialized with many of them it was nice to share the same degree of passion for art/drawing, it was like a mutual understanding. We’ve shared the experience of going through the long sessions of classes, as well as meeting the expectations of our teacher on each and every project, and the enjoyable and sometime hilarious class critiques that followed afterwards. 

I kind of made it my goal to strive to be better than them all. I really do feel like my skills improved since I have first started. Without them I probably wouldn’t have tried to be a better artist. Frankly, it was nice to see other people’s art pieces and methods of drawing.

I guess I wrote this entry to remember these guys, I really do hope for the best for them all.

I feel like my life is kind of wasting away on games/idleness. For example, I could play 5 games of LoL or Starcraft 2, what would that get me? NOOOOTHING. Its the same with watching shows online.

I have so many goals in life and being the “best” LoL/SC2 player and the best show watcher aren’t any of them. (Except maybe for SC2).

I figured I might as well list down my goals for the year. (In order of importance)
- Maintain a 4.0 GPA and GTFO of Ohlone.
- Lose weight.
- Be a nicer person.
- Save up $500 bucks by summer.
- Learn to Bake/Cook.
- Learn Photoshop.
- Learn Flash.
- Learn Java.
- Draw something good enough to frame.
- Get better at SC2. :D
